What is the 7-day free trial?
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with 10 credits to use on any AI feature. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, your account moves to the Free plan (5 credits per month), which stays free forever. If you want to continue with more credits, you can upgrade to Starter or Pro at any time.
What is a credit?
Credits are the currency for AI-powered features. Every plan includes a monthly credit allowance. One credit covers a job analysis; two cover a tailored resume or cover letter; five cover a full mock interview session. Credits from subscription plans refresh each month. Pro plan credits roll over up to 25 unused per month.
What are credit packs?
Credit packs are one-time top-ups you can buy on any plan, including Free. They never expire, so you can stock up when you have a busy stretch coming up. Packs stack on top of your monthly allowance.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your resume content and job descriptions are never used to train any AI model. They're only used to generate your documents in the moment.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-in. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the next billing date. Your data stays accessible.
What happens when I run out of credits?
You'll be prompted to buy a credit pack or upgrade your plan. Your existing applications, job analyses, and generated documents stay accessible. You just can't generate new AI outputs until you top up.
